How do I cancel my GOAT subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MixGoat → Cancel. Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → MixGoat → Cancel. Desktop / web: Account page → Manage Subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Reporting a bug?

In the desktop app, use Help → Report a Problem (also in your account menu under Help & Support) — it attaches your app version, system info, and logs automatically. Otherwise, use the contact form or email us with a short description of what happened and (if possible) the device + OS version you're on. Screenshots help a lot.
