30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all GOAT subscription plans (monthly and annual). If you are not satisfied with MixGoat for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a complete refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. No questions asked.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. MixGoat is the merchant of record and handles refunds directly. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.
After a Refund
If your refund is approved, your GOAT subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free tier.
All work you performed during your subscription remains intact. File changes, metadata repairs, library migrations, and loudness adjustments are permanent changes to your local files and are never reversed or removed.
Free Tier and Trial
The Free tier and 14-day free trial do not require payment and are therefore not eligible for refunds. The free trial does not auto-charge and requires no credit card.
